Yesterday, our Year 12 VET Hospitality students proudly represented the College in the Battle of the Chefs competition at St Peter’s Catholic College.
They showcased their culinary skills by creating two exceptional dishes: Crispy Rice Pork Belly and Lemon Tart. Their efforts were rewarded taking out first place, and their dessert was honoured with the Director’s Dish of the Day award!
We are incredibly proud of their dedication and hard work.
