Kye has recently wrapped up an incredible two days of competition in Sydney, representing his school, diocese and himself with determination and pride. While the results weren’t quite what he had hoped for, he gave it his all and delivered some outstanding performances:
4th place – 15-16 Years 400m Freestyle
4th place – 15-16 Years 200m Freestyle
6th place – 15 Years 100m Freestyle
5th place – 15 Years 100m Backstroke
8th place – 15 Years 50m Freestyle
Although he narrowly missed out on qualifying for Nationals this year, Kye’s commitment and sportsmanship were clear throughout the event.
A special highlight of the trip was Kye being awarded the 15 Years Boys Age Champion Trophy for the NSWCCC – a fantastic recognition of his hard work and consistency across the season.
He was thrilled to receive this well-deserved honour!
