While we were on holidays, Jerome was busy making us all proud, competing in the Australian Schools Rugby Union Championships on the beautiful Sunshine Coast!
Representing the NSW Juniors XVs team, Jerome was named Co-Captain – such an incredible honour! The team played three nail-biting games, winning one and narrowly missing out on the others. Every match was a true battle, and Jerome gave it his all.
A massive thank you to Mrs Pongi for keeping us updated with all the amazing photos, it’s very clear she’s Jerome’s number one supporter! What a privilege to watch your son play at such a high level.
Along with Jerome, we’re now eagerly awaiting the announcement of the Australian Schoolboys and Wallabies U18s teams at the end of August. Fingers crossed!
