It’s been a busy and exciting Term 2 in Agriculture! Our Year 7 students have shown incredible creativity in their egg carton label designs for their assessment task. One standout design will be selected to feature on our egg cartons in 2026.
We also successfully completed our silkie incubation trial, hatching five healthy silkie chicks that have quickly become the favourites of the students. Meanwhile, our hardworking Year 11’s have kicked off their broccoli trial for their assessment project.
While the recent rainy weather may impact yields, students are monitoring conditions closely and applying their learning to real-world challenges.
