Year 9 Agriculture enjoyed a hands-on (and very sweet) honey taste-testing lesson as part of their pollination and honey production unit. Students sampled four different honeys and assessed each variety using Honey Australia’s official tasting criteria. They also explored a range of honey-based products, including honey pops, manuka and elderberry drops, and fresh honeycomb.
