Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to update you on recent actions to improve school bus services in our area. Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has engaged an external company to conduct passenger counts on school buses between 23 February and 25 March. These counts are observational only, will not collect personal information, and will not affect school or bus operations. Their purpose is to help TfNSW better understand student travel patterns and support future service planning.
Important Note: We continue to experience issues with some students travelling without a valid Opal card. Please ensure your child carries their Opal card each day so accurate usage data can be collected and managed effectively. This information is essential to maintaining and improving services.
If you have concerns about bus operations, we encourage you to contact Busways directly while also informing the College.
