As part of our commitment to learning and cultural understanding, four of our student representatives recently attended a Message Stick Ceremony at MacKillop Warnervale, where the Message Stick was passed on to our school.

The Message Stick, a powerful symbol of communication and trust, reminds us of our shared responsibility to build understanding and honour the perspectives of others. As a Catholic school, this connects strongly to acting with integrity and living out our values each day.

We are grateful for this opportunity and the learning it brings to our community. In keeping with this important tradition, the Message Stick will soon be passed on to St Brendan’s, continuing its journey of connection and respect.
