SPARK Issue 7 Term 2

Back

Dear St Brigid’s Community,

We are pleased to share the latest edition of Spark News, highlighting the many experiences and opportunities our students have engaged in. Within this issue, you will find a range of stories that reflect the spirit of our College, celebrating student involvement, achievement, and the strong sense of community that defines life at St Brigid’s.

This issues Special Report explores the impacts of alcohol on young people and offers practical guidance for parents to support safe and informed choices.

We also invite you to read an article from our Assistant Principal, “Courage – Standing Strong In Faith” highlighting courage, student leadership, and the ways our community continues to live out faith and service.

In the Attendance and Safeguarding spaces, we continue working to keep parents and carers informed, with new articles published in Spark each fortnight to support their child’s learning and wellbeing. Please take the time to read this issue’s articles on ‘Attendance – Academic Outcomes & Attendance: Why Every Day Matters’, and ‘Safeguarding – Reporting Concerns’.

As always, we are grateful for the partnership we share with our families. Your ongoing support plays a vital role in the success and wellbeing of our students.

We hope you enjoy this edition of Spark and thank you for your continued support of our College community.

Mr Adam Murdoch
College Principal
