Year 11 Hospitality Cooking Up a Storm!

We love seeing their skills grow with every dish!

This week, our talented Year 11 Hospitality students stepped into the kitchen with confidence and creativity, working in small groups to prepare a mouth-watering spread that truly showcased their culinary skills and collaborative spirit.

On the menu were Seasoned Potatoes, Sticky Pork Belly, Chorizo, and Salt & Pepper Squid. Each group brought their own unique flair to the dishes, experimenting with seasoning, presentation, and cooking techniques to elevate their creations.

The kitchen was buzzing with energy as students communicated and supported one another throughout the cooking process. It was wonderful to see them applying their knowledge in a hands-on environment, and the results were nothing short of impressive.

We’re incredibly proud of how far these students have come. Their confidence in the kitchen continues to grow, and it’s clear they’re developing skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom.
