National Age Championships

The final week of Term 1 was a busy one for everyone, but it was even more so for Kye Mc, who was battling it out in the pool at the National Age Championships on the Gold Coast!

Thanks to Cathy, Kye’s supportive mum, we were able to witness Kye’s impressive performance in the pool. The Championships were live-streamed on 9now, and Cathy kindly shared the schedule with us. From Mr Murdoch’s office to the Boardroom, Staffroom and even the playground, we all tuned in to watch Kye compete in the 400m Freestyle and his favourite event, the 200m Freestyle.

Kye’s performance was nothing short of spectacular and we believe he broke some of his personal bests, which is an amazing feat at a national level. It was very exciting to be able to rally behind Kye from the College.

We are all immensely proud of Kye’s accomplishments in the pool. Keep making waves Kye!
