Keeping informed of the latest news
Welcome to the second issue of our new Spark fortnightly update; we hope you find this new format a valuable way to keep informed of the activities at St Brigid’s. It’s been a busy two weeks since our last update, and I am pleased to share some of the highlights with you. An absolute pleasure for me this week was joining families at our 2023 Student Leaders Ceremony. We have seen these students mature over the years, and watching them as they received their leadership pins was a privilege. I sincerely wish them well in their roles and look forward to seeing what they achieve during their tenure.
Congratulations to our 2022 graduating class, who completed the HSC examinations today. We couldn’t be more proud of their effort and dedication during these past few weeks, and we look forward to congratulating them in person on their results at the celebration morning tea in December.
Please read our recent news articles, which include our Marine Studies excursion to the Irukandji Shark & Ray Centre, a visit from a Bondi Rescue star at our Year 8 PDHPE class and much more.
And finally, thank you to our school community for being so involved in the celebration of World Teachers Day. It was heartwarming to see the efforts that students went to on the day to spoil our teachers.
